Register for DSA

Registration Is Organized Through Schools & Institutions

Students take part in DSA through their school or a partner institution. Institutions create the account and register the subjects, then enroll students either by adding them directly or by sharing a dedicated enrollment form that students complete themselves — there is no public individual registration.

Register Your Students for DSA

For schools, counselors, and partner organizations that want to offer DSA Concentration Subject assessments to their students.

Your path:

  1. Create your institutional account with the institutional registration form.
  2. Register subjects and enroll your students — either add each student directly, or share your institution's dedicated enrollment form for students to complete themselves. In both cases each enrolled student is automatically issued a candidate account under your institution.
  3. Your students purchase their own Pass in the system, then register for subjects — they can choose from the subjects your institution has registered.
  4. Students take their assessments online in the quarterly testing windows.
Start Institutional Registration

Creating an institutional account is free. Each student purchases their own Pass when they're ready to register for subjects — no payment is required at account creation.

For Students

DSA does not offer public individual registration — you take part through your school or a partner institution, either in an account they issue to you or through their dedicated enrollment form

  • Did your school or institution share a dedicated enrollment form? Complete it yourself — you'll be registered under that institution and issued a candidate account to log in with.
  • Has your school or institution already registered you directly? Log in with the candidate account that was issued to you — don't create a new account.
  • Does your school offer DSA? Ask your counselor or school office for the enrollment form, or to register you for the subjects you want to take.
  • Your school isn't offering DSA yet? Share the institutional partnership page with your school, or contact us — we'll help your school get started.

What Happens Next

  • Students receive their accounts — issued automatically when their institution registers them, or when they complete the institution's dedicated enrollment form.
  • Students purchase a Pass — the Pass unlocks their exam attempts and lets them register for subjects.
  • Students choose their subjects — from the Concentration Subjects their institution has registered.
  • Students take a 90-minute online assessment with secure proctoring, from anywhere.
  • Results are released — a separate official score for every completed subject, targeted within 7 working days after the test window closes.
